Ireland Senior Team

143 Caps for Ireland Senior Teams

Since making his debut at the age of 19, Cian has been selected on 143 occasions to date, making him one of the leading appearance holders for his country.

Twenty-eight of those appearances in Nations Cup competitions have led to outright victory for Ireland, the most recent being in the CSIO5* Longines League of Nations Ocala.

Ireland is famous for the sheer number of talented horses and riders it produces, and following in the footsteps of the likes of Cian’s great friend and mentor Gerry Mullins, selection for its senior team is considered to be highly prestigious.
